In addition to that, some of our service providers may be located outside of https://lexcraft.ai. We require our third parties to adhere to the European Commission's Standards of data protection. 

 

We will not transfer data to countries outside of the US, European Economic Area, or Israel, unless you have provided consent. We ensure that appropriate safeguards are implemented to provide an adequate data protection level, such as standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or the European Commission's adequacy decisions.

In a nutshell:  We store your information only as long as it is necessary to meet our contractual and legal obligations.

We don't Store Minors' Information:

In a nutshell:  We do not intend to consume minor's information, and we are not catering our services to minors. We will make sure any personal information of such a minor will be deleted and not publicly available.

We're doing our best to keep your information Safe. However, we are committed to notifying you whenever we detect that your personal information may have been at risk or harmed.  

Responding to Do-Not-Track Features:

Currently, we can't respond to Do Not Track browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. We hope to do so in the future, and we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy policy.
